These Terms of Service apply to this website (thouseef-hamza.com) and to the apps I build and run to publish posts, read results and reply to comments and messages on social platforms ("my apps"). By using the website or my apps, you agree to these terms.
Who I am
This website and my apps are run by Thouseef Hamza, an independent software developer based in Doha, Qatar. Contact: thouseefhamza.codes@gmail.com.
Using this website
The website describes the software, assistants and websites I build. The information is general. Prices and timelines shown are starting points; the price and scope of any project are fixed only in a written quote or agreement.
You may read, share and link to pages on this site. Do not copy the site's design, text, logo or images for your own commercial use without my written permission.
Using my apps
My apps publish content, read results and reply to comments and messages on social accounts connected to them. If you connect an account, or ask me to connect one for you:
- you confirm you own the account or are authorized to manage it;
- you are responsible for the content published from it and for following the platform's own rules;
- you can disconnect the account at any time, in my apps or in the platform's settings.
Social platforms can change or limit their features at any time. I cannot guarantee that a feature will keep working if a platform changes it.
Platform terms
My apps use YouTube API Services. By using my apps with a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
When you use my apps with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X or TikTok, you also remain bound by that platform's own terms and policies. My apps are not made, endorsed or sponsored by any of these platforms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or my apps to:
- send spam or messages people did not ask for;
- publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful or infringes someone else's rights;
- try to access accounts or data you are not allowed to, or interfere with the website or my apps.
I can suspend or disconnect any account used in breach of these terms or a platform's rules.
Client projects
Software, assistants and websites I build for clients are covered by a separate written quote or agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies to that project.
Privacy
How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
Ownership
The website, its content, logo and my apps belong to me. Content you publish through my apps stays yours; you give me only the permission needed to publish and manage it on your behalf.
Links and other services
The website links to other services such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and GitHub. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
No warranty and limits of liability
The website and my apps are provided "as is". I work to keep them accurate and available, but I do not promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from using the website or my apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or my apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
